At the Treeless Group, we ensure every unique item—from a lightweight accessory to a restored industrial light—is packaged securely and responsibly. We prioritize reliable, insured courier services to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch Time

We take great care to inspect all products before they leave our workshop.

Treeless Accessories & Canes: Orders are typically processed and ready for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.
Strand & Co. Restoration Lighting: Due to the size, value, and unique nature of these items, we require 3 to 5 business days for final testing, professional crating, and booking specialised collection.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the product. Due to the diverse nature of our collections, services vary:

Strand & Co. Restoration Lighting Specialised Freight/Insured Courier Cost Calculated at Checkout. Requires bespoke crating and white-glove service. All lighting shipments include mandatory, full transit insurance for the item's valuation.

3. Sustainable Packaging Commitment

In line with our "Renew" ethos, we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact during delivery:

We use recyclable and recycled materials wherever possible for packaging.
We prioritise minimal packaging while still ensuring maximum protection for delicate items.
For the Strand lighting, all custom crating materials are sourced responsibly and designed to be reusable or recyclable.

4. Tracking and Delivery Confidence

Tracking: A tracking reference will be provided via email immediately upon dispatch for all orders.
Delivery Issues: If your order is significantly delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@treelessgroup.co.uk. We will liaise with the insured courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. International Shipping

We offer insured international shipping to many destinations. Please be aware:

Customs Fees: The customer is solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and tariffs charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
