The " Agreement".
This document constitutes the binding agreement (the "Agreement") governing your use of the Treeless Group website and the purchase of any products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. The Purchase Contract
Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

Official Order: Placing an order online constitutes an official offer to purchase the goods listed.

Order Acknowledgment: We will send an email confirming your order details and payment receipt. This is an acknowledgment only and does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

Contract Acceptance: The contract for the purchase of goods is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you and send a separate Shipping Confirmation email.
Refusal of Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for unforeseen circumstances or errors, including but not limited to:

Product Unavailability: If the item is no longer in stock or (for restored items) becomes damaged before dispatch.

Payment Failure: If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.

Error: If there has been a significant pricing or product description error on the website.

Unique Items: For Restoration Lighting, an order may be refused if a final inspection reveals the item cannot safely meet our quality standards.
2. Product Information and Variation
Accuracy of Content
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and imagery are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing or description of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Unique Nature of Products

Restored Lighting: You acknowledge that Strand & Co. Restoration Lighting are unique, one-of-a-kind vintage items. Natural wear, patina, and historical imperfections are inherent to the product and are not considered defects. Product images are of the specific item you will receive.

Natural Materials: You acknowledge that Treeless Group Products and The Cane Collection use natural materials (bamboo, cork, wood, shell). Natural variation in colour, grain, and texture is expected (desired) and not grounds for a return or claim of defect.
3. Delivery and Risk
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timescales quoted on our website are estimates only and are provided for guidance. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

We request that you wait 5 working days beyond the last estimated delivery day before contacting us regarding a late delivery, as this allows sufficient time for minor processing delays to be corrected by the carrier.
Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the address specified in your order.

For Restored Lighting, all shipments are fully insured. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

The entire content of the Treeless Group website, including logos, text, designs, product photography, and the Treeless Group Limited, Restored Lighting and The Cane Collection brand names, is the intellectual property of Treeless Group Limited and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
